Dikansh leads Green India Bio's product and manufacturing strategy. His focus is on building a compostable bag that businesses adopt because it performs, not only because it is the responsible option — which means obsessing over film gauge, seam strength and consistency batch after batch.

Rajeev oversees operations, compliance and customer partnerships. He works directly with retailers, distributors and institutional buyers to structure supply that is predictable, documented and priced for real commercial volumes.
